The Design Process

We will build your new site in several steps to assure the final result is completed in a timely manner and is exactly what you want.

Step 1 – Graphic Design

The first step is settling on the graphic design of your new site. To guide us in determining what you are looking for in your new site please fill out some information in the form below. This information will help us in making three mockups for you to review. You may choose one of them, choose features of all three to be combined into a new mockup or request a mockup of a different design. Once we have a design that you are excited about we will move on to the next step. It is important to settle on a final design before moving on to the next step, since graphics changes requested later in the construction phase will be difficult, if not impossible and may result in starting back at the beginning, increased construction time and additional costs.

Step 2 – Basic Construction

Once you give us final approval for the graphics we will move on to Step 2. This is where we take the graphics you have approved and make them into an actual site. You will see the site take shape online and you will be able to request text changes in the various pages.

Step 3 – Information and Services

This will be the step where we will add the service information you have supplied for us. You will be able to review the pages and be sure the information is correct.

Step 4 – Final Configuration

In this step we will do the final configuration of your new site. This involves setting up the email addresses you will need, giving you the access information for the control panel and admin portions of your site.

Please begin Step 1 by filling out the form below and telling us what you are looking for in your new site. Fill in any boxes that apply to your site. It is normal for someone new to internet marketing to not know the answers to many of the questions below. If that is the case, do not worry, we will work it out. If your needs or information change before the start date of your new site feel free to fill out a new form with additional information.

Hosting Information

Would you like us to provide hosting on our premium server?
Some clients prefer to use their own hosting plan. This is fine with us, however if you are providing hosting, we will need the following information to access your server. You can get it by contacting your hosting company:

Note: We cannot be responsible for problems with sites built on "economy" servers, such as running slower, intermittent service, poor security, etc. Before you choose a different server we advise you to google "problems with {insert your host name} server" to see if there are problems with the server you may want to use.

Site Design of your new site

We will make up three mockups for your new site for you to review and choose a final design. Please give us at least 3 URL's of sites that you like to give us an idea of what characteristics you are looking for in your new site. These URLs do not have to be about the same services that your site will feature, they are to give us an idea of what you are looking for in style, graphics and features. Check our portfolio, the internet and Template Monster. You will not need to pay extra for a theme, we can copy any theme you like and configure it to your needs.
